Service Plans
Most systems need to be checked and serviced at least once per year, usually in the spring. However, older systems or those that have been modified and added to usually require the attention of a service technician about four times a year. The frequency depends on changes in the landscape, the age and type of system, and other construction activities that may have damaged the system. Residential Once Per Year
- Check operation of all zones-Make any minor adjustments of heads and clean nozzles as required-Program Controller-Adjust Seasonal Scheduling. Adjustment of heads and cleaning of clogged nozzles included.
- Property less then 10,000 square feet
- With a 5% discount off materials
Additional repairs required will be identified and listed with the price of those repairs for you to approve in advance.
Residential Twice Per Year
- Check operation of all zones-Make any minor adjustments of heads and clean nozzles as required-Program Controller-Adjust Seasonal Scheduling. Adjustment of heads and cleaning of clogged nozzles included.
- Property less then 10,000 square feet
- With a 10% discount off materials
